Vocabulary

1. Ask out (phr): /æsk/ /aʊt/ Invitar a salir
To invite someone to go with you to a movie or theater.
Example: After talking to her a lot, he finally asked her out.

2. Call off (phr): /kɔl/ /ɔf/ Suspender
To decide something will not happen.
Example: She’s called off the wedding.

3. Carjacking (n): /ˈkɑrˌʤækɪŋ/ Robo de auto con violencia
A crime in which someone attacks the driver of a car.
Example: Dorothy was affected after the carjacking she got in the highway.

The same as fill.
