Remember: We use “who” for people and “which” for animal, places or objects but both can be replaced with “that”.

Singular and Plural Verbs in adjective clauses. |
Example:
a. I know the man who is sitting over there.
In this example, we use the verb in singular (is) because the noun ‘the man’ is in
singular too.
b. I know the
people who are sitting over there.
In this example, we use the verb in plural (are) because the noun ‘the people’ is in
plural too.
