a. No, please don’t.
b. I’m sorry, but that’s not possible.
c. I’m afraid, but you cannot.
d. I’m afraid you cannot.
e. Sorry, you are not permitted.

Note: Borrow shows that something is temporarily taken from another person. Lend shows that something is temporarily given to another person.
